Nov to April $980 wk including taxes and final cleaning for 2 adults
Xmas weeks Dec 19 to Jan 2 $1100 wk including taxes and final cleaning for 2 adults
Break - March 6 to 27 $1100 wk incl taxes and final cleaning for 2 adults
Deposit: Your reservation is held with a credit card. Please provide the credit card information, plus your full name, address and phone number. You will be emailed a confirmation. The Rate is to be paid cash on arrival. There are ATM machines and the banks accept travellers cheques, but do NOT accept money orders, bank drafts or personal cheques.
Cancellation Policy: Your deposit will be refunded to you if you cancel prior to 60 days of arrival.
IF you must cancel between 60 days and your arrival date, we will refund you all monies paid to us PROVIDED we are able to find a suitable guest/tenant to book your booking dates. We suggest you obtain travel insurance for cancellations.
Our Guest Policy: This is a non smoking unit. If you smoke in the apt, a cleaning charge of $250 will be charged to your credit card. You will not be admitted to the house if you arrive with more guests than booked. Any damages will be charged to your credit card.
Procedure: Contact us for Availability, mail or wire your deposit , you will receive a confirmation by email, Balance to be received by cash on arriival.
