Rates are per week. All rates in US $.  Adults only, not suitable for children under 18. Non smoking environment

   Nov to April                                                    $1000 wk for 2   adults        

   Xmas weeks Dec 19 to Jan 2                     $1400 wk for 2   adults            

   Break - March 6 to 27                                   $1200 wk for 2   adults            

Deposit:  50% down required to secure the reservation.  Written confirmation on  receipt of the deposit with a signed rental agreement.  Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the balance is not paid the deposit is forfieted.  We require your credit card number for any damages or extra cleaning

Cancellation Policy:  Your deposit  will be refunded to you if you cancel prior to 90 days of arrival.

IF you must cancel between 90 days and your arrival date, we will refund you all monies paid to us  PROVIDED we are able to find a suitable guest/tenant to book your booking dates.  We suggest you obtain travel insurance for cancellations.

Our Guest Policy: This is a non smoking unit.  If you smoke in the apt, a cleaning charge of $250 will be charged to your credit card.  You will not be admitted to the house if you arrive with more guests than booked.  Any damages will be charged to your credit card.

Procedure:  Contact us for Availability, mail or wire your deposit with rental agreement, you will receive a confirmation by email, Balance to be received by mail or wire transfer 60 days prior to arrival, we will email a 2nd confirmation with codes for entering the house.  On the evening of your arrival  a property manager will greet you for a walk through, answer questions and provide their phone number as your island contact.

 RENTAL AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMNT MADE ON_________________2009, BETWEEN THE TENANT______________________________ADDRESS______________________

PHONE NUMBER_____________________________AND THE LANDLORD - P & G Campbell , 19 Shoelink Terrace

WHEREBY IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:  (1) The landlord lets the apartment known as 19 Shorelink Terrace, Grand Cayman Island to the above tenant commencing at 4:00 pm on________________________2009 and terminating at 11:00 am on __________________________________2009 for the sum of $_______________US. Should  the tenant  not vacate on the termination date, the credit card provided by the tenant will be charged at $300 per day. Number of guests____________adults.  Approved children___________________.

(2) A deposit of 50% will be paid to the landlord, along with this signed agreement, to confirm this booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation is allowed up to 90 days prior to arrival for a full refund. A cancellation after that time period; all monies will be refunded provided the landlord is able to secure a suitable tenant for the same dates.  The deposit is forfieted if the balance of payment is not received 60 days prior to arrival and the landlord may offer the property as available for rent. 

((3) The tenant will not bring children  or extra guests to stay at the house, and should he do so this agreement is null and void and all monies paid are forfieted.

(4) The tenant will not hold the landlord liable for any damages to himself, his guestss, or their personal property.

((5)The landlord shall not be held responsible for alternate shelter due to storms or damages.

The tenant agrees to the following charges to his credit card:
