A large swimming pool is set in a tropical oasis with a surrounding deck to lounge, in or out of the sun. Swim laps in the pool (a constant depth of 5') stroll through the lush gardens, or walk through the gates to the "Shores" (a waterfront development) next door.
Inside, a main livingroom/kitchen combination with large airy bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove -frig and microwave and a full compliment of dishes pots and pans, coffee maker etc, for dining and entertaining. The bedroom has a KING size bed and an ensuite (tub/shower, toilet, vanity/sink)
Beaches surround the area. Two sandy beaches are less than a mile "4 corners" , or West Bay Beach each have adjacent parking, and you can easily walk from one to the other. Wonderful snorkeling, swimming and miles of sandy beaches on famous "7 mile beach" begin at Cemetary Reef Beach, which is a mile from the house. The main public beach on "7 mile beach" has parking, picnic pagodas, showers, and 2 beach grills and bars. The island is famous for snorkeling and diving.
